A bit about Miss Kim's Jams, Pie fillings and suckers. I started this business after coming back from New Orleans and wanted to be with my kids a business that was a true family business. my son does all of the sealing and produce prep, my daughter helps with some of the labeling and packaging and my self I do all of the cooking.

I wanted to learn how to can and make my own jams as I found like others the jams in the big box stores were just full of chemicals and dyes with a small and I mean small amount of fruit in the actual jam. so I was taught how and not just reading a book, but by a 80 year old grandmother (at the time).
